Chicken Buffalo Totchos

1 bag Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Cauliflower or Broccoli Tots

1 cup shredded or diced cooked chicken

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup Birds Eye® Corn, cooked according to package directions

1/4 cup red pepper sauce

1 tomato, chopped

2 green onions, chopped


  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil. Cook Veggie Tots on prepared pan according to package directions.
  2. Top with cheese and corn. Return to oven and cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
  3. Drizzle with hot sauce and sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.
