Chickpea, Feta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

1 bag Birds Eye® Superfood Blends Chickpeas & Spinach
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced almonds
4 boneless chicken breast halves, pounded thin
- Cook Superfood Blends according to package directions; stir in cheese and almonds. Let cool slightly.
- Place Superfood Blends mixture in center of each breast and carefully roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
- Heat oil over medium high heat in nonstick skillet and place chicken in pan seam-side down. Cook, browning on all sides, 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
