Crispy Buffalo Chicken & Broccoli Salad Pita Pockets

  • 1 bagBirds Eye Steamfresh Premium Broccoli Florets, cooked according to package directions, cooled and chopped
  • 1 package (12 oz.) fully cooked whole grain chicken nuggets, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
  • 4 whole grain pita breads, cut in half
  • 4 lettuce leaves



  1. Combine mayonnaise and cayenne pepper sauce in large bowl. Toss in Broccoli Florets and chicken nuggets.
  2. Line pita pockets with lettuce leaves and stuff with mixture.
