Savory Sausage, Cauliflower & Broccoli Saute

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings and crumbled
- 2 large sweet onions, halved and sliced
- 2 bags Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixtures Broccoli & Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- Heat oil over medium heat in large nonstick skillet and cook sausage and onions, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until sausage is golden brown and cooked through and onions are deep golden brown.
- Stir in prepared Broccoli & Cauliflower and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
