Vintage Ice Box Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Selects Super Sweet Corn, cooked according to package directions and cooled
  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Family Size Sweet Peas, cooked according to package directions and cooled
  • 6 cups torn iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle (16 oz.) Wish-Bone Ranch, Creamy Italian or Caesar Dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Layer lettuce, cheese, corn, peas, dressing and tomatoes in 2-quart glass casserole dish. Sprinkle with bacon.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
