BBQ Pork Cheese Fries

1 bag Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Cauliflower or Broccoli Fries

1 container (14 oz.) pulled pork or chicken, heated as directed on package

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

2 green onions, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cook Fries according to directions on prepared baking sheet.
  2. While Fries are cooking, heat pulled pork according to package directions.
  3. Place cooked Fries in single layer on prepared pan. Top with cooked pulled pork & cheese.
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve, if desired, with coleslaw.
