BBQ Pork Cheese Fries

1 bag Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Cauliflower or Broccoli Fries
1 container (14 oz.) pulled pork or chicken, heated as directed on package
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 green onions, sliced
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cook Fries according to directions on prepared baking sheet.
- While Fries are cooking, heat pulled pork according to package directions.
- Place cooked Fries in single layer on prepared pan. Top with cooked pulled pork & cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve, if desired, with coleslaw.
