1 bag Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Cauliflower or Broccoli Fries, cooked according to package directions
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups beef broth
2 cups Birds Eye® Mixed Vegetables
- In skillet brown ground beef with onion. Add butter and cook until melted. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and continue cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened. Add vegetables and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Top with hot cooked fries.
